The Mayor of Halton Borough Council presented Lyndale Homes with the prestigious 'Built in Quality' award for Cheshire - in recognition of the high standards of construction and workmanship at the Festival Way development in Runcorn.
The 'Built in Quality' award objectively identifies and rewards companies that have achieved exceptionally high building quality, across a wide range of construction categories.
Each year, throughout the UK, Local Area Building Control (LABC) organises 'Built in Quality' schemes to identify candidates building exemplary developments. Any LABC award is highly regarded, but the 'Built in Quality' award is the envy of the construction industry - encouraging ever-higher standards.
