Construction of our homes is of the highest quality and is carried out by approved tradesmen, overseen by our highly experienced Construction Management Team. All our homes come with the protection of the ten year NHBC (National House Building Council) cover. For the first two of these ten years Lyndale will be on hand to assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
Prior to legal completion our purchasers are invited to preview their new home with a senior member of our Construction Management Team. Any items noted during this inspection that require attention are attended to promptly and in most cases before legal completion takes place.
As an additional service we invite all our purchasers to write to us, no later than between 4 and 6 months after legal completion, if any items other than fair wear and tear and drying out have come to light since legal completion and require attention.
Mortgage Lender RegulationsOnce your new home is complete the NHBC conduct a detailed final inspection and issue a certificate of satisfaction to the builder.
Under stringent new rules, The Council of Mortgage Lenders will not allow your lender to release the funds for the purchase of your new home until this certificate has been issued and received by your solicitor.
